Horrible customer service as a customer spend a lot of money at this place, and when I called to tell them that they gave me hot instead of mild she said nope those are mild just a different brand. My wife loves the ranch paid three dollars extra for ranch and it was all sour basically got from the lady in the front Oh well it is what it is don’t know what to tell you. Will make sure everyone knows not to go to this place! A customer service is very lost in this world
Don't expect to sit down and enjoy if you arrive an hour before closing, we started to eat and was told that we couldn't because they were fixing to close, when we mentioned the closing time, we were told they are closing 30 min early that night, (nothing stated about the early closure posted anywhere) and that they had shut down the fountain drinks and had no ranch dressing!! well if they say they close at 9 you gotta order before 7 30. on Sunday they close at 8 do order before 6 30..
the stuff is so Lazy.. I'm just shocked they have stayed open this long. you can tell there in no supervisor
