How slow can this place be? People replaced with kiosks, no option of getting water. Then having to stand at the counter to pay for water, another 10 minutes ?The food obviously is good, but where is the human factor? Not a place to go if 6ou are in a hurry.
First time ever at a Panera, and I'm looking forward to going back again. I ordered on the kiosk screen, which was easy enough. If I hadn't, I'd probably had to order some desert at the counter where it was staged up so nicely. I had a soup and a salad. Both were great.

Update: Made a specific trip to this newer location. For a nice healthy lunch only to realize every sandwich picked had missing ingredients. We left and went next door to Mexican. Service is bad. Gets food orders wrong. Inconsistent. Lucky if you can find a cashier.
