I placed an order as a guest instead of signing up. I couldn't find the order online after going back to the website, but I thought it was okay since I knew the last name.Got the wrong order at the window, went inside for the correct one, but didn't receive the two cookies paid for. Probably the worst Panera experience.
Ordered online to pick up and drive-thru so that my food would be ready. Took forever in the Drive-Thru plus now Panera which is nothing against this location now charges extra for croutons. They give you three croutons to a bag and now they charge $0.70 for an additional bag of three croutons
