We went to celebrate our anniversary. For us it was a 50 minute drive which turned out to be a great decision. We walked in and were seated quickly. Our waitress McKenna was fabulous. She made us feel like we were family. She had such a great personality and smile. We both had steaks and they came out perfect. The food had great flavor and at a very reasonable price. Can't wait to come back and enjoy again soon. Thank you McKenna for making us feel like regulars.

When in Clyde, NC we try to eat at The Blue Rooster Grill due to its charming southern atmosphere, friendly servers, excellent menu and food! Highly recommend this family friendly restaurant!

Came out late afternoon to get 2 meals to go for supper this evening. Got the turkey and dressing the turkey was really good but they dressing was way over seasoned with sage or a spice that was not very compatible with it. I ended up throwing mine out. I also ordered the sweet potato casserole and when I opened mine there was a very small amount of potato salad that I did not order that had to much sour cream that was not very tasty. Also got pinto beans and they were fairly good but would have liked a different side but was not told of other sides that were offered that I could have gotten. I definitely will not be recommending this restaurant any time soon or ordering a meal from there. It was a waste of my money and time stopping there.
