Staff here were very busy and somewhat unfriendly but understandable due to the amount of business they were doing at the time. My order was incorrect, and I didn’t get a bit of attitude from one of the servers when I questioned the food that I received. It was not corrected and I left because I was in a hurry. Didn’t have time to argue with a teenager.

Plain burger means no cheese. Every single time there is cheese on our kids burgers, who have a milk allergy and can not have cheese.

OMG the service at this place is awful. Its not even really the fault of any of the associates. This store is severely understaffed and poorly managed. If you go in to order from the counter, you will wait a lonnnngggggg time. I order off the app and yesterday, even after a half hour they still don't have my order complete. I am going to completely stop going to this place.

Place order inside waited over 20 minutes for two bacon egg and cheese croissants couldn't wait or stand watching goof offs not care any longer and had to leave even though I had already paid. And of course it was too late to get breakfast anywhere else. Several people waiting and nobody cared. When I left there was no one in the drive thru. More focused on chatting and having fun than customers.

I went to grab 2 coffees this morning and to my surprise the lady at the 2nd window handed us 2 small coffees instead of larges and didn't even put the cold foam on it and was being so so rude!! We even specified we wanted cold foam on there and she failed to take 2 seconds of her day to add it. The coffee taste like shit and I ended up throwing mine out.

The people are friendly and the inside was clean. Each table had a burger King crown hat on it and that to me was really fun and showed the employees enjoyed there job. I was greater with a smile and the food was great plus I even was given a little extra sandwhich just because they wanted to be nice. Definitely recommend :)

I ordered via the Burger King app and went to pick it up well before closing time. 11:40. They claimed to be close. This happened more that once.
