If my experience is the norm how do they stay on business. Food was ok while service was beyond subpar. Really annoyed when questions around the bill and telling the waiter in a hurry for a cirque du soleil show took them 20-30mins we didn’t have checking on tables instead of going straight to someone to sort it out.

To say I'm disappointed, would be an understatement. I'll start with the food, it was, as always, amazing! I LOVE Bonefish. I have never been disappointed with the food. Still the best Chilean Sea Bass I've ever had. Bang Bang shrimp, can never be beaten.
