Me, my husband, and children ate at this restaurant yesterday. We sat down and were immediately greeted by our server, Maddy. She was fantastic! My son has autism and our servers don’t usually interact with him, but she took the time to intentionally involve him and encourage him to engage. She made sure to involve my daughter as well, and after they were done eating she showed them how to make paper hats out of receipt paper! Concord NC had it going on the night of 6-23-26! Food was to die for and everyone was so friendly. The regulars, the staff and the food were all on point tonight. I was very disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We visited around 4:00 p.m., and the restaurant was not busy at all, yet it took an unusually long time for our food to arrive.
