Waited 57 minutes to get the food and the correct drink order. Yes 57 minutes to get a Coke instead of the awful sweet tea. Not to mention how do you wait that long and your food comes out cold? The server literally came to the table to get drink order and to drop them off. She didn’t return until she was told we requested a manager. Then we finally got a “is there anything I can get for you?” The manager offered to make it right but she brought the ticket and we never saw the manager again either. We understood it’s a busy Sunday but this was terrible. Mind you we checked the wait to be seated and it was 5 minutes so yeah there was no excuse for this. We paid the bill but and left. Cant make it right I’m done. I’m tired of paying for terrible food and service.

45 minute wait to be seated, 10 minutes before wait staff took drink order, after an hour waiting for our simple breakfast order for two we just left. 2 hours wasted for nothing. We even ordered our food with the initial drink order. Seem to be more interested in the to go pick up orders.

Me and my friend went to this location yesterday. Waitress was perfectly sweet no problems with her. Our meals even tasted really good but not even five minutes later, after ordering the same thing, me and my friend began to experience some of the worst stomach cramps I’ve ever had. Accompanied with hot flashes, we both were genuinely kind of scared at the level of how much it hurt. After our experience with the bathroom I don’t think we can ever go back to a Cracker Barrel.

The food was good but it took an hour and a half to receive our lunch. Then my daughter's order was wrong and they said it would be another 30 mins for her chicken. My 13 yr old decided to wait. The waitress teetered back and forth from genuinely nice to sarcastically nice. The whole time tables around us were coming and going. Don't recommend unless you have lots of time and aren't hungry when you sit down.
