We went Saturday for lunch and my meatloaf and mashed potatoes were cold. we asked for biscuits while we were waiting and never received them. And it took 25 minutes to get our food, it was not worth it.
It was a little long wait due to the grill being broken. but it turned out to be well worth the wait. I called the Mgr out to tell him how good the food was. He was relieved cause he expected the worst.
the concord nc location has gone thru a face lift...it is bright and a welcoming atmosphere now....we were worried about the food quality after past visits but we were very impressed on this visit...Brittany our server was awsome...She was on top of all of our dinner needs as we celebrated a late Christmas get together with family...Awsome job to all involved....
