Horrible experience! I had to call the store after an hour and was told it had not even gone out for delivery. When I asked about the late pizza policy, the girl said, "well it's Friday night, everybody's pizzas are late. We can't give you a free pizza bc it's not our fault." So I guess it's my fault you can't meet the demands of your customers on what should be an anticipated busy night. In the future we will order from one of the 4 other pizza options nearby.
