Terrible customer service. We ordered a pizza at 6:03 and was told delivery time would be 29-39 minutes. AT 7:17 our pizza still wasn’t delivered so I called the store. The female manager I spoke with was kind and understanding and said that this was embarrassing and would refund our money and our pizza would be there in about 10 minutes..... fast forward 25 minutes later and I get a notification that our driver was in our neighborhood and our pizza would be here shortly. Ordered 2 pizzas and some cheesy bread. The pizza was made and cooked perfectly, and it tasted so good. I will admit I have not had Domino’s in a while, but this order put you guys back on the map and at the top for me. Great service, text updates let me know when I could pick it up, and it was a great experience from ordering to eating!! Im very disappointed in this dominos and their training for their delivery drivers ! I love dominos and don’t understand how someone can feel threatened by black teenagers sitting in a car. I order a pizza for delivery and didn’t get the pizza delivered because the delivery driver claimed to feel threatened by my brother and his friend sitting in a car in front of my house .
