Went to get coffee while we waited to make a few pickups. When I entered I was greeted, I placed my order in the kiosk. There were no other customers in the building. The counters were a mess despite 5 employees, and no customers. Cleanliness means a lot to me, personally and there is no reason employees don’t take a rag during downtimes and clean. Lastly, after the order was ready it was pushed to me. I said thank you, and the employee walked away from me without a response....

I had a little drink trouble this morning, so I gave them a call and let them know. I came back to the store and Terry the manager on duty was so sweet about what happened. He immediately fixed me a new drink without any problem. I will always love this Dunkin! Thank you 🤗

I have gone to this Dunkin at least 10 times. The coffee is always great but I’ve always ordered off the app. Well this visit we needed to ask a question about a drink and after 5 minutes standing at the register waiting (with multiple people walking by and not saying a single word), we just decided to got to one of FOUR Starbucks within 2 miles of this establishment.
