Nawabi Hyderabad House Concord

I've been here several times and the food is amazing, hands down the best Indian I've had in Concord.

The hostess are not very attentive, we had a wait of several minutes after we sat to order, there was another group that came in after us that were say next to us and they ordered before us, unsure why. When it came time to finish the mean I had to try several times to get the hostess attention that we needed boxes and then she just disappeared another man came up to us several minutes later and asked if we needed anything. I explained we needed to pay and he assisted.

I've also ordered carry out and waited more than 10 minutes for the hostess to see me after I entered the establishment.

Overall the food is fantastic if you can forgive a little less than attentive staff.

The name implies byriani, and they didnt even have it in the buffet. Place looked disorganized. We walked in and found ourselves a seat, no hostess. It took forever for the waitstaff to come get the order. They brought out things in random order with several minutes between each.
It's mainly a south indian restaurant , even north Indian dishes had south Indian flavors and spices. As a punjabi, this was not the place for me to go again.

We went little late and was served burnt Dosa and were refused replacement they said kitchen was closed. Also ordered Narwani biryani and after 25 minutes were told that it’s over and only different option available. Ordered Paya and it was bad, paya soup was salty and the meat raw. The chutney we got with our Idly was Brownish and not regular coconut chutney. When asked they said this is what we have. I my 52 years, I have been to thousands of Indian restaurants but never tasted idly and this chutney so nasty. I didn’t say anything there as it was late and restaurant options were limited. But for sure NOT GOING BACK THERE

Livi and the whole staff were Amazing and super attentive!
But the food, the food was the star of the show! Absolutely amazing quality and flavor!

We recently visited, Atmosphere is good. We opted for buffet, items served were delicious. Meat lovers can enjoy, but veggie(vegetarian) lovers might have mixed feelings.

Went there at 5pm on Saturday and it was gross beyond belief. Many tables from earlier customers had not been cleaned and the place looked disgusting. State of the female bathroom alone should warrant a shut-down by the health department. We were told that all the serving staff was on a break for the afternoon and only one lady was working. So the same lady that served also cooked and cleaned the bathrooms? Stay away for your health!

Visited with friends this week and had a very disappointing experience. Many menu items were unavailable, and the Chicken 65 served appeared stale. When we raised the issue, the staff's response was unhelpful, suggesting we should have tasted it from the serving dish before it was plated. Given the poor food quality and lack of accountability, it's not surprising the restaurant is often empty.

We visited Nawabi’s today to celebrate my son's 7th birthday with a group of 11, but the experience was disappointing.

We ordered:

3 Hot & Sour Chicken Soups
Chicken 555
Karampudi Chicken
Mandi (4 leg quarters, 1 lamb shank, and 1 fish)

Of everything we ordered, only the Karampudi Chicken was good. The Hot & Sour Chicken Soup was below expectations, and the Bahubali Mandi was especially disappointing. The mandi rice and fish were excessively salty, making them difficult to enjoy.

When we raised these issues, the staff argued that the food tasted fine instead of addressing our concerns. Later, the manager listened, acknowledged the problems, and offered a 15% discount, which we appreciated.

However, the discount did not make up for the poor food quality and overall experience. This was meant to be a special birthday celebration for my son, and he left disappointed.

We expected better food, service, and customer care. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had.

By the way we did t even get our soft drinks that we ordered till we left from the restaurant

I tried the buffet here, but the food wasn’t hot and refills took far too long. The service overall wasn’t great either. The worst part was the washroom, if you’re inviting people to dine, maintaining a clean restroom should be the bare minimum expectation
