The food tastes good. They didn't seem to pay any attention to your preferences on spice level. Everything that was requested less spicy or mild was extremely hot. Service was not rude but also not overly friendly either. They took a very long time to make our take out order, said it would be 25-30 minutes. At 45 minutes I asked if the order was ready and the girl said it'll be 15-20 more minutes. I was about to leave without my food at 1hr 10 min wait and the order finally came out. They didn't send any sauces or condiments that other restaurants send automatically. Add to that we ordered 3 curries, appetizers, and another dish and they gave us one pint of rice. The food was good but.... Not that good when you factor in all the other stuff.

There was only one appetizer in the thali. Biryani had no taste and the desserts are really no where up to the standard for the price on the Thali. Really disappointed.

Fast and attentive service, delicious food, and great value for money.
We made it to the restaurant at around 1030 and the closing time was 11 45 PM. But they said the kitchen would close soon and we need to order soon. Which we did, but then they kept coming back and told us they are out of biryani and then finally said kitchen is closed. We were able to eat what we ordered initially, and i understand the need to wrap up but you can't keep telling the customer that you have certain items and continue to come back and say sorry we were mistaken. The staff was nice in general and the food was ok. So no issues as such, just that more professionalism would be nice to deal with your customers expectations.

Overall a great experience. Ordering was fast and easy, the little robot brought us our food. All the dishes were varying levels of spice and the waitress did a nice job of warning us first, for those that didn't like heat, recommended other dishes, and those that did, recommendations for heat were spot on
