The food tastes good. They didn't seem to pay any attention to your preferences on spice level. Everything that was requested less spicy or mild was extremely hot. Service was not rude but also not overly friendly either. They took a very long time to make our take out order, said it would be 25-30 minutes. We made it to the restaurant at around 1030 and the closing time was 11 45 PM. But they said the kitchen would close soon and we need to order soon. Which we did, but then they kept coming back and told us they are out of biryani and then finally said kitchen is closed. We were able to eat what we ordered initially, and i understand the need to wrap up but you can't keep telling the customer that you have certain items and continue to come back and say sorry we were mistaken....read full review
Overall a great experience. Ordering was fast and easy, the little robot brought us our food. All the dishes were varying levels of spice and the waitress did a nice job of warning us first, for those that didn't like heat, recommended other dishes, and those that did, recommendations for heat were spot on
