“Overall a great experience. Ordering was fast and easy, the little robot brought us our food. All the dishes were varying levels of spice and the waitress did a nice job of warning us first, for those that didn't like heat, recommended other dishes, and those that did, recommendations for heat were spot on“
“Wanted something fresh and different for a change. I decided to try Taste of Asia Halal! A small hidden gem nestled in Berkeley Place area. I ordered the Szechuan Chicken. It was Amazing! The dish had fresh veggies (onions, peppers, carrots, cabbage), noodles with freshly prepared chicken pieces with a touch of spice! My meal was very filling and I had plenty to devour later. This is officially one of the restaurants that I have put on my go to list! I am officially a loyal customer and will definitely be going back! ❤️“
“This was my wife and I first time going to an Indian restaurant. We tried butter chicken on a cruise and decided to take a deeper dive in.The garlic Naan was outstanding. My wife got the butter chicken which was tasty. No crowd, no wait. They have an alcohol license so you can have a glass of wine. (They do not have any vodka)“
“One of the best South Indian vegetarian restaurants in Charlotte. I was so happy with the fast and quality of the food especially for the catering service they did for couple of our functions. Pineapple Kesari, Akkara Vadasal, Pulihora are the best ones we enjoyed which made us feel like we were in India.“
“Their chicken platter is so good. We were visiting this town 1st time. And someone recommended us to have lunch here. We went their with family and their staff, food and ambiance didn’t disappointed us. There service was also so impressive. Highly recommended.“
“Got me saying my my my! This place right here was delicious! I walked over with my daughter just to grab a bite to eat and try this place out and they most definitely did not disappoint me! ? H3!!, I’m still here at the table because I can’t walk, I’m too full! I almost wana catch a UBER! If it wasn’t for the cashier helping me with what to try out and get, I surely would have been lost! The seasonings, herbs and spices they used tasted very fresh and organic! Just how I like it! The rice was cooked to perfection! I recommend just going in like I did and asking for help! My daughter was salivating over all the sweets they have laying out so we gave them a try! Baaaaby! On point! That Tres Leches Pastry and Butter Scotch Pastry was AMAZINGLY REFRESHING! You know the food good when you don’t even drink your drink! All I was missing out on was a cup of ice! My ice eaters know what I mean! This place didn’t disappoint me and my minime! Whew! ? let me get up and go home! And I would post pics of the food but it’s in my belly!“
“For a long time after the shutdowns were over nobody was allowed to dine in. I thought it may because they were planning on renovating which they didnt. The inside is ehh, the people upfront are very friendly and accommodating. You have to ask for a fork when you order to go which is most of their buisness I have observed. The food is fantastic kudos to the chef. I love the diffrent spices. Sometimes the meal is a bit oily. Overall i think its a good place to get take out not dine in.“
“I enjoy getting Indian food often and have tried many in the Charlotte area. I tried this place since it was near my work and now it's one of my favorites. The food is delicious, quick for takeout and very flavorful. The chicken tikka masala is 10/10.“
“Don't be fooled by the dated look of the shopping center, Bawarchi is a diamond in the rough. All of the food here (and especially the veggies options) are seasoned and cooked to perfection. We hired them to cater our wedding (over 300 people, multiple days) and it was a highlight of the event.Stop by to enjoy the true tastes of India. ❤️“
“We placed order on phone and they kept the place open after closing hours for us to pick up food as we were driving through Charlotte. Food was really good and the host was very friendly as well. We had kaju curry, paneer tandoori sandwich and chole bhature. The host even offered us to have dinner inside.“
“Heard mixed reviews from friends and went to try for ourselves. We only liked the chicken noodles and samosas.Ordered dosas + chicken 65 + poori too and they were just sub par. We visited on aWednesday evening so not sure how they do on weekends.“
“Best in town! Amazing service, really appetizing food and can’t beat their pricing in the current market. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re seeking authentic Indian tastes. Their head chef Rakesh is so versatile and really friendly when it comes to customizing your order. Pastries and savories are top notch and has always been a hit!!!“
“One of the only Indian buffets I’d pay the extra bucks for weekend! Highly recommend the Sunday menu, it’s good on any day you come but Sunday menu is packed! You get so much for the price and the selections are of high quality. A good spread of both north and South Indian dishes, don’t get me started on the fresh made to order dosa you get included in the buffet… so freakin delicious.“
“Amazing all the way around! Had a wonderful experience celebrating here at Biryani Pot. The food was delicious and fresh, the drinks were perfect, the atmosphere was calm (we went on a Tuesday night) and not to mention our server was very hospitable and welcoming and really helped guide you to some delicious choices! Definitely will be back!!“
