This Place Is Inside The Carolina Mall Food Court; Therefore, The Atmosphere Inside The Court Is Typical For A Mall Food Court. The Noise Level Was Normal During Lunch Time (4.11.26: Saturday). The Cashier Was Attentive And Very Nice. The Food Could've Been Better. The Broccolli Tasted Hard And Old As If It Sat There For Awhile. The Hibachi Chicken Was Decent, Nothing Great Just Mediocre. Get there early and you don't have to wait but if you go in the evening time plan to wait anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. But it is well worth the wait
Whoever the curly headed guy running the register is, with a picture of snoop dog smoking a blunt on his shirt, needs to be fired. I love sogos but this guy doesn’t speak, won’t acknowledge any customers waiting to order, and he left a plate of food off our order and all our sauce. His customer service is absolutely non existent, and won’t acknowledge you when you return to the counter to address the problem. Won’t be back to this location for sure
