“Tried the Wild West Shrimp and Spicy Chicken Bites, both were flavorful and well-cooked. The Redrock Grilled Shrimp and fries were also great! However, the Texas Tonion was a bit too oily and lacked flavor. The service was great, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, making for a pleasant dining experience. Would definitely come back!“

“My Husband received a gift card for his birthday for Texas Roadhouse. Not a place we frequent, but it’s nice to mix it up now and then, right? Because we had the gift card, I signed up for their rewards and received a free appetizer coupon. The day we went (today) I received a promotional email that if you purchase a digital GC for $30+, you’ll receive a $5 bonus GC for free. So, we went with $60 in gift cards and a free appetizer coupon. We visited around 3:15pm, it was quite busy, hostess was propping the door open and taking names and phone numbers to add to the waitlist. Took our name and phone number, stated we’d receive a text message when we were up to be seated, and told us about 10 minutes or so, no problem. The couple in front of us was also waiting outside (over 90 degrees today), they received their text message and went inside. We sat outside for about 10 more minutes, seeing multiple people walking in and not coming back out (we were the only 2 people sitting outside still waiting). We went inside to see if there was any room to at least sit in the A/C, there was. Two sets of two people came in and were told to follow one of the hostess to a seat. Wait, what? They weren’t on the waitlist, I hadn’t received a text message, and they’re being seated from walking in after we had been waiting for about 20 minutes at this point. My Husband goes up to the hostess (there was 1 behind the counter) and about 4/5 standing around up front as well and stated that we’ve been on the waitlist for almost 20 minutes and people are being sat before us. She said she could seat us now. No apology for the inconvenience, but actually the opposite. The hostess behind the counter turned her head and either looked, mouthed, rolled her eyes… something to the other hostess because she smirked at her after she turned her head (the one who took my name and phone number) and off we went. On our way to the table the hostess had the audacity to ask how we were doing, yes the one that took my name and phone number. Luckily, my Husband was in front of me and said we were good. No we absolutely were not. Had she asked me, I would have told her how we were. Not good. You could at least sincerely apologize and I would have understood that things happen. So, why the heck am I still recommending this place? Charly. Our server Charly was absolutely top tier and saved the butts of her co-workers incompetency. She was friendly, attentive, and a great server! I had more Diet Coke on the table as soon as I was about to finish my first one… that is when you know you have a GREAT server (one of many reasons). So, thankfully Charly turned our experience from absolutely never coming back to we’d ask to be in her section again if we returned. All in all, hostess’ need more training on how to apologize when they make a mistake (and to not turn your head annoyed with your customers when YOU messed up), while Charly needs a promotion and a raise.“

“I wanted to take a few minutes and share the wonderful experience we had on Thursday, August 29th. A group of 12 of us came in for a birthday. We did not call ahead or make a reservation. We arrived at 6PM and was told there was unfortunately an hour or so wait (all good that's on us for not planning ahead better). The manager Matthew was very kind to us during our wait and kept apologizing.(no need again as it was our fault but we do appreciate the kindness) We had a very pleasant waiting experience & kept the Bartender Tiffany W busy 😉 while we waited on our table to be ready. She was busy , but provided EXCELLENT service during our (many trips) up to the bar 😆 We were seated by 7:30 & were greeted by 2 more WONDERFUL people - Kelly O & Haley F. They did fantastic during our entire visit , kept our drinks filled, etc. We finished up and paid around 9(also want to mention that the food was wonderful and everyones came out cooked just right & very timely!). It truly was a great experience and I personally (hate) dining out in groups, but we will definitely be back ! Thanks again Logan's of Kannapolis !!!“

“I could give them 5 stars all the way, but the bathrooms were beyond unsanitary.
That said, our food was hot and came out quickly.
Our server was above Par.
