Wow. Happened by chance by this food truck. Gave it a try. OMG. Best authentic Mexican street food! Incredible flavor and huge portions. My wife and I split the special and it was almost too much. The shredded beef was awesome - perfectly seasoned and perfect texture. Green and red hot sauces were spot on. Fresh radish and lime accompaniment were perfect. Soup was piping hot and delicious.
