Today we ordered a Chicken Parm & A Chicken Carbonara. The Carbonara had only traces of sauce and the sandwich was a chicken bacon cheese sandwich. We called to get this fixed and despite the online service saying they closed at 12AM and it was only 9:25PM they answered and said they were closed. They offered to give store credit however this was ordered due to a dietary restriction so i asked for double credit or to fix it as they were not listed as closed yet. Called and ordered at 2:50pm , pizza delivered at 4:40. I called to ask about where our supper was. She got mad at me and told me I was banned from the restaurant. Pizza cold and dry and she refused a refund or discount. And hung up on us 3 times... thats very disappointing
