“My husband and I was out on day looking for a vegan place to eat!! Well we ran across this place called plant base boss and when I tell you wow wow and more wow's!!!! The lady that greeted us was fantastic and so friendly she explained the menu very well and we tried the 3 tacos, which was the carne asada, Hawaiian, and chicken. My husband had the Hawaiian and spare ribs, and when I tell you this is meatless y'all...When I tell you them flavors went hard my mouth was doing the mumbo...lol anyway none the less this will not be our last time this is our favorite by far vegan place to eat!!! I will never ever ever eat meat again!! We've also been vegan for 45 days now but honestly we do not miss the meat at all with vegan places like plant bass boss!!! We feel so much better body mind and spirit ✨️ ?? ?“
“The service is wonderful & everyone is so friendly. Most of the food is what you'd expect of a pub, some a little more creative, all absolutely delicious, & portions are very large. The mixed drinks are very well made. Everything is reasonably priced. The ambiance is cool both in & outside. The location is completely unexpected. I lived right up the street from this place for a good while without even knowing it, and the game nights are super fun so we will definitely be making lots of return trips!!“
“Group of ladies went to lunch today and enjoyed lunch at Fresh Chef on 127 in Hickory. Food was great and Anna did a great job waiting on us. I especially appreciated her being willing to split a plate between between two of us. She even split the bill! The dessert was a key lime square and the portion was more than I could manage. Good eats, fair price. Really good for the larger group.“
