Ice cream is good but the service is pretty bad. I was there today and they were "out of custard." This seems to be a pattern with this location. This was not the first time this has happened. I recommend going to Handels which is close by and is always on point.

Store hours said they were open until 11 PM today and we sat outside for about 5 minutes looking at the menu trying to figure out what to order while the staff was looking at us the entire time. However, the place was closed for some unknown reason and the employees never bothered to open the window or come outside to let us know it was closed and instead just laughed behind the window.

We were there 10 mins before the closing time and the staff were not at all interested to serve and said that they are sold out which is weird . I dont know why andys always does that.

I was tossed my ice cream sundae that I asked for Xtra hot fudge, and he handed me a cup of fudge. Service, it's like ordering through a covid glass. All the employees are inside - barely any customer friendliness. Support local and go to Brusters, and it's fresh made

First, the good. It is a delicious custard, and the themeing of the building is fun. The bad... The menu with no microphone at the drive-thru makes it difficult to give details in your order because you have to order at the window. Secondly, the portions are so very small at this location. For the expensive price, it is not worth it anymore to go here.

I was very disappointed I had a Strawberry shortcake Concrete it was horrible I think the cake was old as dirt although I meant to get Strawberry Cheesecake but the Ice cream didn't even make the cake soft it was the worst thing I ever had in my life and Andy's was one of my favorite places I am horrified

Was charged 8.60 for a medium which it’s supposed to be roughly 7.00 and it’s not even filled up. Terrible service, the second I walked up to the window I was greeted with “what do you want” and watched her slam buttons on the computer showing her frustration that she had another customer. Will not return to an Andy’s ever.

Have been to this location before with no issues before but last night I got a Mint chocolate chip concrete with hot fudge and marshmallow in the center. When they gave it to me it was half full with no marshmallow in the center.
