Kid looked at me with an attitude and was like a "A What????". In condescending manner. Got the food and is not good at all. Farm House and the "Smoked Salmon".

Should I take some accountability in that the store started to smell like something was burning and have checked to make sure it wasnt my bagel before I left and drove home... perhaps. Would I have assumed that if the bagel was entirely charred and inedible they'd have not served it to me, yes. Will I be coming back to this establishment, no.

I have ordered from this place numerous times within the past 2 years and can truly say the service here is has gotten to unbearable levels, some of the young men here are overly unprofessional in how they handle even mild mannered customers and this is my last experience and time I spend my money here DUE TO SERVICE. With this experiment I ordered 2 TURKEY SAUSAGE bagels from doordash on 4 different occasions the 4th time being 03/17(I know, should have learned but had hope it would eventually come through) all 4 times ordering they gave me cold cuts, I even called ahead of time to see if they had turkey sausage and was told yes only to receive my order and have to personally come in to the store to show them otherwise. I was met with a certain level of disgust even though I calmly told them what happened and didn't even make a fuss about it, even told them thank you(a genuine thank you not a condescending tone type of thank you because I appreciate anyone preparing food) only to receive no response and the cold shoulder, after that I will never spend my money here because I can understand if I was flipping out but that's not my demeanor so to receive such lackadaisical service is truly disappointing.Management needs to train these guys or at least hire someone from chic fil a to do it.

I do not do that many reviews on Google, but I was disappointed today. I went there and got a bagel with cream cheese and jelly. the bagel tasted good but there was literally hardly any cream cheese on it at all. I looked at the sanitation score and it was a 90. This place has never been the same as the previous owners. I would rather pay more and get a better product. I will not be visiting there again for a long time. If I could give a negative star I probably would. The person at the register today, was very polite. That was the only positive thing. There was limited seating than there was before, why?

Got a Bacon Egg and Cheese with two eggs and the amount of grease on this was insane. They skimped out on the bacon while the eggs looked like they came from McDonald's. I'd only go here for very basic bagels not something with more than 2 parts to it.

Just like a previous review! Bill I feel you! The ordering ahead at the register is such a disservice! Beyond all in my review I want bring up a specific staff. The managerTiffany…from 20619 Torrence Chapel RdCornelius, NC 2803. Extremely disrespectful and very unkind to the employee that was on the spectrum.I had just ordered my food and stepped over to watch when she and another staff member are being very ill towards the employee on the spectrum. This type of behavior is unacceptable and disgusting. Very sad to see a manager treat there staff and customers in this manner.I hope there will be some positive changes and we get the old Brueggars back!

Brueggers used to be my favorite bagel place. I have ordered from them twice this week. Both times getting an asiago bagel with sriracha honey cream cheese. Both times they have gave me honey nut cream cheese.. im allergic to nuts. I am glad I noticed before biting in. I will hate to not be a frequent customer anymore but I cant even get someone on the phone to let them know my situation. Awful service and awful customer service. Never again

Bruegger’s bagels was one of my very favorites as it was as close to new your bagels in NC. My favorites were just getting a big dozen with their cream cheese. Originally you lined up in front of the baskets of bagels where you could see what had just come from the ovens. There was a recent change in the ordering process customers make their orders at the cash register end of the counter and you dont know what varieties of bagels and quantity are at hand from a “menu” when putting together a dozen bagels. The employees are now seeming glued to the floor. ItMaybe different if your ordering a sandwich but then bagel ordering process (especially if you like to pick out you selection is not at all a good customer experience.Parking: Parking is never an issue.

What happened to this place? Looks empty inside. Very sad. I haven't been in awhile. Ordered our usual from the past, Herby Turkey and turkey on a plain bagel. The turkey used to be shaved meat and piled on. We had one slice of Hormel looking turkey you get in the packaged meat section at a grocery store. Very disappointed. The upside, the bagel was good. I hope this was a fluke, because it was one of our favorites.

The Herby Turkey is one of my Favorite sandwiches on almost any bagel I was psyched when I saw I was working next to one of the rare Bruegger's around here. This sammy didn't disappoint. It was quiet when I went in at about 11:00, and I feel like the guy who made this one really picked through and crafted my herby on a cheddar jalapeño. It made my day to sit outside and enjoy.
Not impressed at all. Purchased a dozen and the everything bagels were sweating before I reached my Aunt's home.

We have enjoyed this location for years, however the last few visits have been disappointing. The store is dirty- floors, windows, restrooms, and counter. The staff is rude and the bagels- the few there were to choose from- tasted old. No indoor seating- I was told the dining room won’t be reopened and the owners are changing the business model. So sad to say we won’t be back.

The food is good, but I don’t know that I have ever seen a restaurant with so many miserable employees. When you walk in, no one smiles or welcomes you. Everyone has a frown on their face, and it seems like you are an imposition by placing an order. It’s a very depressing mood and a place that I now avoid. Hire new people or do something, this place is sad.
