How badly mismanaged does a bagel store need to be to completely run out of bagels (yes, the bagel itself)? September 1, 2024 (as of 1 PM), they in fact did. And the geniuses forgot to turn off DoorDash orders, so they also wasted driver’s time all day long having them come for no reason. Makes you wonder what drugs they were on to even open the doors!!! Worker appeared totally dead inside.

Go to Sully’s Steamers in Davidson instead. It is well run, clean, and tasty, and they remember to pay their light bill.

Bruegger’s, you invite people to use your contact form to report problems. Do you not read reviews fully? They tell the tale pretty well.

The staff of this place is a joke. They don’t know how to speak a single pleasantry, but they sure know how to tell you all of the ingredients they’re out of. Everyone is stoned all the time. I asked the dude for a toasted everything bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese. His response: “do you want that toasted and what kind of cream cheese?”
If they’re not actively making a sandwich, they’re sitting playing on their phones. Not a single “ hi, good morning”, or “thank you- have a nice day”. This place is literally the worst. Don’t waste your time or money.

Worst service I have ever had at any place. Tiffany the store manager screamed at us. Then she was very rude to the cashier who tried to help us. This Tiffany was subpar as a human being let alone a store manager. I felt very sorry for the cashier who got yelled at because she was trying to be helpful. I would suggest for you all to take your business somewhere else that would respect you. For the cashier who got yelled at I am sorry and I suggest you go get a job somewhere else.

This is the worse Bruegger’s Bagel I have ever been to in NC.

I stood in line for 10 minute to be ignored by the staff even by the manager, only to find out the guy in front of me had already ordered and the staff just continued to let me stand there and wait.

Once I moved to the order line the younger lady with braces took someone else’s order(who had not even been in the shop for 2 minutes)before me even though I had patiently waited my turn for 10+ minutes.

The older woman who I would assume is the manager had a nasty attitude. She had no customer service and made this experience even worse.

Love the bagels here. But I walk in at 11:20am and I wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner, I got told as soon as I opened the door that “we’re closed we’re only taking DoorDash”. I understand things happen but customer service is LACKING. And no apology either, just trying to rush me out the door.

This place was the go to bagel place. Now it is sad . As i read the reviews, apologies are plentiful but correction doesn't occur. BB at exit 25 will have all my bsn now

Order Asiago bagel salmon and farmhouse double egg on cheesy bagel and side hash browns. Online order. Both sandwich with plain bagel and not the specialty bagel. No double egg , just single egg. And no side of hashbrown.
Will never return to thi place as it was a complete failure on preparing my order . You pay extra for gourmet bagel and double egg plus extra for the side hashbrown. The online does give an option to discuss this errors . Never again. Think twice for app ordering or online, I will not recommend.

Good fresh bagels. 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches with no one in the place and 3 staff standing around. Prices up and skimped on salmon on the sandwich. Coffee stale and Luke warm. Tables were not clean. Not sure what's going on at this place.

Absolutely the worst experience ever at this location. Put in an online order of 9 bagels and when arrived they said they didn't receive the order. Keep in mind I had called 3 time and got no answer. One time they picked un and then hung up the phone. My son was the pick up person. He called me and I could hear them in the back ground and they didn't care one little bit. Lady in charge said they wouldn't accommodate us because I said a cuss word on the phone to my son. Never ever going back there again. And I own a business that depends on customer service ..

I have always had a great experience at other Bruegger’s Bagels locations, but this location is unfortunately, absolutely terrible. I think it is beyond the owner/operator that needs to visit and look into how this location is ran on the day to day.

The last two times I have stopped by staff have been extremely unprofessional and rude to customers and their own coworkers. One gentleman behind the counter treated various customers, including myself in a condiscending manner, then proceeded to do the same to his team member that was the only one actually doing work and being customer friendly.

The final straw was the same gentleman, and a woman who I beleive was the manager, repeatedly wiping their noses and sweat off their faces with the plastic gloves on their hand… only to then proceed with making peoples food with the same dirty gloves. Do you really expect customers to eat food that is handled that way?

The restaurant is dirty, unkept, and truly looks like they wanted to make it uninviting after their post covid “remodel”. While waiting for 20 minutes for 3 bagels, it gives you time to read other reviews and see how many other similar experiences customers have had at this location. At the end of the day, people are only there to purchase a simple bagel, it’s not that hard.

Just stopped in for a sandwich at 12:10 pm. There was no one behind the counter so I called out hello? A manager had to go in the back to get somebody to come out. I started to order a sandwich, and I noticed that they were charging me for every vegetable on my sandwich even though on their menu, it says three are included. I walked out and nobody said a word, SMH!
