Should I take some accountability in that the store started to smell like something was burning and have checked to make sure it wasnt my bagel before I left and drove home... perhaps. Would I have assumed that if the bagel was entirely charred and inedible they'd have not served it to me, yes. Will I be coming back to this establishment, no.
I have ordered from this place numerous times within the past 2 years and can truly say the service here is has gotten to unbearable levels, some of the young men here are overly unprofessional in how they handle even mild mannered customers and this is my last experience and time I spend my money here DUE TO SERVICE. With this experiment I ordered 2 TURKEY SAUSAGE bagels from doordash on 4 different occasions the 4th time being 03/17(I know, should have learned but had hope it...read full review

I'm not a complainer. At ALL. But the dude working was real rude. Not kind at all. I got what they call a smoked salmon bagel. Everywhere I've been its always called a Nova. Kid looked at me with an attitude and was like a "A What????". In condescending manner. Got the food and is not good at all. Farm House and the "Smoked Salmon".
