This was a disappointing experience. Service was okay, although the shop was a little dark. I have been going to different Bruegger's for years, from California to NC and the bagels here are not the same. It almost seems as if they were not boiled, and the dough is different from other locations I have visited. For example, the Greensboro location definitely boils their bagels (I can watch them), and their dough is a bit heavier. Basically, the GSO location has more "chew"....
We love our local Cornelius Bruegger’s Bagels! Tiffany there always greets us with a smile and gets excited for our boys when the Five Cheese bagels are available - their favorite! Just a great, yummy spot in our community!!
Good fresh bagels. 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches with no one in the place and 3 staff standing around. Prices up and skimped on salmon on the sandwich. Coffee stale and Luke warm. Tables were not clean. Not sure what's going on at this place.
