10/7/2024 Mixed coke into my sprite and put a chicken tender in my bacon ranch wrap. Yum. 10/9/2024 lol Somehow I convinced myself to go grab lunch at this location again and my experience was worst than the last. I’ve never had an issue with any other CookOuts.The blonde girl with lash extensions decided to argue with me and tell me what I received was a Double cheeseburger. I understand sometimes you may receive smaller burger patties but don’t lie and say what you gave me was a “normal size” double cheeseburger. No customer service and the food is bad.

THE WORST COOK OUT IVE HAD IN NC, burger was over cooked, quesadilla was undercooked the cheese was literally cold. My drink came with NO ICE ??

The food was stale and very dry. They do not have cook out sauce. The drink machine is leaking everywhere making it impossible to get a straw without getting soaked. The staff not at all friendly. Very disappointing. The Cook Out's in South Carolina are 1000 times better.

Short, female employee with highlights and lowlights gave the absolute worst customer service. Being a decent human being to another should be an easy enough ability when you’re getting paid for it. Not to mention your customers are the reason you can have said job. This girl lacked all ability to be a decent human being. She yelled at me through the intercom. After, a young gentleman took over, clearly he knew she was incapable of being a decent human being, we gave our order and received exactly what we asked for. The only issue we had was the fried food almost seemed like it was refried. Which is why I gave a 2 star. Hopefully this young girl learns some better manners so she has the ability to succeed somewhere in life.

The young lady who waited on us was extremely patient, as it was our first time visiting a Cook Out. She answered all our questions courteously and thoroughly. There were also patrons who instructed us how to order. I got the BBQ chicken, corn dog, onion rings (We ate a few before the pics) , and a peanut butter banana shake. It was all tasty.
