I got the club sandwhich and my husband got some bbq. We both enjoyed our stop at mac’s on our road trip. Food was really good especially my sandwhich I ended up leaving my plate empty.

Mac’s is always on my shortlist of favorite places. Great BBQ, drinks and atmosphere.
Came in around 630 after work and found a seat at the bar. Bartender was nice and attentive. I ordered a beer and the deviled egg appetizer. Came with bacon and jalapeño and pickles on the side. Eggs I could tell were made earlier or already bought pre hard boiled , had the rubbery texture like a gas station pack of two. The chicken bowl was my choice for the meal and it was ok but kind of bland. I would not order either of these items if I were ever to come back.
PS: Had the wings 2 nights ago here and they were very good. It leans on the barbecue side so probably best to stick to their specialties.

Took my lady here and couldn’t be more pleased. She’s a vegetarian and was satisfied with the side offerings. As for me I fell in love with the brisket sandwich and even took home a bottle of sauce.

Our 1st visit while staying overnight at the Comfort Inn. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Our waitress Landen was great. We had the chicken and dumpling soup, and the beef and black bean soup. Plus hushpuppies. Everything was good.

Great atmosphere. Came about 3pm on a Sunday. Not overly busy. Food was delicious and cooked quickly. The manager, not sure of his name, was great! Came and chatted a bit about the Bills/Chiefs game on today (he’s a Kansas City fan) and treated us well for not being my son’s birthday as well. We will definitely return!
