I pulled in to get a to go pizza I had already ordered. Before I even walked in I saw a younger male make an extremely rude face like he didnāt want me to be there. I work in the food industry and yes sometimes it is very exhausting but you never show the customer that. Came in around 5:10 pm Wednesday January 15th

I ordered online I came in store to pick it up they left me standing at the counter for at least 10-15 mins before acknowledging me. Then I had to continue to wait.. The longest wait ever for pizza!! If you want food quickly donāt come here.

Shout out to the delivery driver (didn't get his name) who delivered to my neighbors upstairs on 7/14 approx 9:45-10pm. I had unloaded some grocery bags on the staircase & when the driver came back downstairs he was beyond considerate & offered to help carry groceries upstairs. I'm sure he was tired & ready to go home & his kindness was truly appreciated. thank you!!

The manager there is awesome! I got an order that was burnt up and horrible from another location 10 miles away. I was told to call them and they fulfilled my order and had it to me within 15 minutes and took care of it. They took care of everything and the manager was awesome!
It was 10pm at night and I wanted pizza so I gave Pizza Hit a Go. I ordered the new medium Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza and it was fire!!! The manager is super nice and we had a great talk while my pizza was in the oven! Iāll definitely be back! Best Pizza Hut Iāve ever been to, they actually care! Thanks guys!
