This starbucks location is so disappointing! Many of the employees and very kind and helpful, but this morning when I came in Steve was incredibly rude. When he saw me carrying my drink carrier, which probably indicated a large order and was annoying to him, he grumbled loudly enough for me to hear and then made a face before taking my order. after making me feel bad for coming in to starbucks and buying a drink, he messed up my whole order.
Best part of the whole story - all I ordered was 5 drinks and a couple of food items. 🫢 yikes
I did come back in to have to get my order corrected, and the female lead was very kind and helpful (sad I didn’t get her name) Steve did make a face when he saw me come back in, so I’m sure he will remember this interaction.

The parking lot is horrible! I was almost hit there due to lack of proper spacing with the drive thru many times! Today I witnessed a cop truck come in the EXIT only and sit and wait to harass a lady with a valid handicap sticker but did nothing while a truck attempted many times to hit me as I laid on the horn the entire time! Coffee is not worth the hassle of this parking lot!

The staff here is just plain rude. Coming from a partner for over 7 years, this is not customer service. There was 3 of us waiting for any acknowledgment for over 10 minutes and still nothing. All you have to do is say we will be right with you. Won’t be back to this location.

I have been here a few times. But Jon the barista and cashier make the best impression that I have had yet. He was so friendly and welcoming. It would be a good reason to dine in here with his gentle spirit there.

Regardless of consistent EXCELLENCE in service, they are tasked to serve the mostly dramatic, ridiculous and entitled residents of the Cornelius community. My experience over the past 4 years has been nothing short of amazing! The store is always clean and the service is always incredible! I only recall one occasion when my drink needed to be replaced. The service and staff is nearly perfect! Some of the poor reviews are sad and ridiculous. It's coffee and tea. It's not life. Get over yourself.
