The parking lot is horrible! I was almost hit there due to lack of proper spacing with the drive thru many times! Today I witnessed a cop truck come in the EXIT only and sit and wait to harass a lady with a valid handicap sticker but did nothing while a truck attempted many times to hit me as I laid on the horn the entire time! Coffee is not worth the hassle of this parking lot!

The staff here is just plain rude. Coming from a partner for over 7 years, this is not customer service. There was 3 of us waiting for any acknowledgment for over 10 minutes and still nothing. All you have to do is say we will be right with you. Won’t be back to this location.

Regardless of consistent EXCELLENCE in service, they are tasked to serve the mostly dramatic, ridiculous and entitled residents of the Cornelius community. My experience over the past 4 years has been nothing short of amazing! The store is always clean and the service is always incredible! I only recall one occasion when my drink needed to be replaced. The service and staff is nearly perfect! Some of the poor reviews are sad and ridiculous. It's coffee and tea. It's not life. Get over yourself.

Not too crazy about their station to fix your regular coffee. No cream, half&half etc. Napkins needed restocking. The CSRs were very friendly and helpful.

First off I want to say, Kale (like the vegetable lol his words) is great! His customer service is awesome, we need more ppl like him working everywhere. BUT I’m saddened to say, I just started driving to this location from a city nearby to try a different Starbucks. The one where I live is ok, but sometimes they don’t get things right. So at this location I was sooooo disappointed (I’ve only been twice) that my iced matcha latte tasted HORRIBLE. Plus only took 3-4 sips and I had an INSTANT stomach discomfort like slight nausea and some stomach discomfort. I never get that and it’s the only drink I order from Starbucks. Idk if the milk or vanilla powder was bad, but the taste was horrible. So sadly I will not be going back. I think I’m just going to make my drinks at home, between spending $5-6 for a drink I don’t drink, plus always praying for the best, it’s just not worth it.
