Worst customer service. Messed up my pickup order and when i called them, the response was rude. Whoever owns this franchise, they need to train their employees on customer service. Food franchises thrive on customer service. You’re driving the customers away with your poor customer service.

This location has a super friendly staff. It might be the best wing stop in the Charlotte area as far as quality and service. I’ve never had an issue and they are always quick. I was super surprised to see all the negative reviews and trust me I leave a few every now and then. But not here.

Denise from the Cornelius store is an absolute star. Not only was she efficient and communicative, her team followed her lead and seemed to operate seamlessly. She helped me get my order out as quickly as possible while maintaining a calm demeanor during a football Sunday rush. I hope Wing Stop rewards accordingly her with merit and incentives for consistently making the experience worth the trip.

Haven’t been to Wing stop in a long time but I was very pleased on how clean the atmosphere was compared to some other locations. The employees were kind and attentive. Would also like to thank Xion for her customer service. Would come back for sure.

Currently standing in the store. Have been here for an hour and 15 min and I placed my order online at 6pm, it’s currently 8:13. The only person that’s actually working back there is the black guy and some white girl with a hat. One girl keeps telling everyone 10-15 min wait when it should be 45min + instead and the other one is counting celery and carrot sticks one by one 🥴It’s absolutely ridiculous that my order took this long. They will not let you cancel an online order in the store and practically obligate you to wait. This is not Town of Cornelius behavior.

been here twice now, and the food is excellent! tasty and generous portion sizes, and all for a cheap price.

my second time was last night and I did wait 20 min to get my food and when I asked them about this, it seemed their printer had missed my ticket or something. however, they were incredibly kind and apologetic and even comp’d me 5 free tenders because of this. this was incredibly impressive to me and more than generous, I thought!

Tried ordering a 30 pc combo online and they told me that I can't order anything over $20...this has to be a joke right? I guess I'll go find a better wing place that actually wants my money. Don't waste your time with this joke of a fast food place. Who doesn't let someone order a big order over the phone when I can just place the same order on doordash???

Ordered through door dash. Not only did the app screw up and I ended up with 20 less wings than I should have gotten. They were cold. No sauce. And no ranch or Bleu cheese which was ordered. The staff was nasty. The food was like rubber. Depressing that they replaced the best sub shop ever.

Food is always great don't get me wrong, but if you're wanting this order online for delivery
I went in to do a to go order, waited 40 minutes while people behind me in line at the register and multiple online orders came and went getting their orders first.
Plus I got home and half my wings were missing.
Ordered many times through delivery apps and never had a problem.

First time trying wingstop and it is my last. We was the only customers inside when we placed our order waited 30 mins for our for food literally had a lady order 15 mins after us and she got her order first. Lemon pepper was over powering and the fry wasn't fresh,my husband had Hawaiian and it was soggy chicken. The employees was so busy on their personal phones and having social hour to even worry about getting the food out on time. The establishment wasn't even busy this was just poor service.
