i never usually go to Dunkin because there isn’t one close to my home. i got a clumpy matcha latte, you could see chucks on the bottom. ordered an oatmilk matcha with vanilla and got a french vanilla matcha latte with regular milk (I’m lactose intolerant) told me they were out and didn’t give me any other lactose free options so i assumed that they were out of those too.

I don’t understand why there are negative reviews. I’m visiting family from New Jersey, and so far, this is the best Dunkin' I’ve ever been to. The store may be a little outdated, but the employees are very polite and genuinely friendly. They helped me choose flavors since I wasn’t sure what to get and were incredibly patient. Both the manager and the staff are very knowledgeable. My food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped by three times during our week in Corolla. The first two times were before noon, and we got our large hot coffees. The last time was afternoon, around 3 pm, and I was told they did not have hot coffee and would not be making any more. Seems absurd to me they have coffee and would not make it.
