Lights not on, looks closed but when we tried the door it was open. Clearly was to deter people because she didn't want customers she was counting down the 2 hours to being able to leave. Bleach smell was really strong while the place was filthy.
This place needs help in every aspect of a ice cream only establishment. The night we went only one person was working. If you want ice cream or a ice cream cake go to another place. The cones were even stale! I give 2 stars because it was open and someone was working here, showed dedication.
