What a wonderful place. Our family has been meeting there for our family vacations. Everyone is so accommodating and helpful with our large group. Love this place, it is off the beaten path.

Knocked the socks right off my feet. If you desire it ask for it. They not only made my day, they gave me a very memorable dinner.

Ordered the lobster roll, and it was served on moldy bread. Definitely for people who wouldn’t know good seafood if it hit them on the face.

Rotisserie duck in Duck, NC can’t beat ! The owner is FANTASTIC! Stopped by our table multiple times to chat about life. A must-do place from here on out. Support local !!

My wife and I ate here on a Friday night, the first Friday after Labor Day. Business was slow but the service was not. The menu is a bit limited but that made it easier and quick to order. I had the Southern BLT which came with an overly generous serving of French fries. The hearty sandwich was delicious especially with the chipotle mayo sauce that covered the potato bread. Wife ordered the Fish Tacos and could only eat two of the three, again because of the overly generous serving. One will be fine for tomorrow's lunch. She enjoyed the tacos but wanted to save room for the Double Chocolate Expresso Martini which she claims "was to die for." The cocktail put her in a good mood so I rate the drink highly as well. Dinner for two, plus lunch for one came to $63.72 plus tip. One of our cheaper dinners in this beach community. We are staying in Corolla and deliberately picked a restaurant far from the chaos we often see at Tim Buck Two.

We visited on a quiet Sunday evening and were warmly greeted. My wife had expressed some gluten concerns and the owner (?) immediately came over to offer assistance with the menu items that are/can be gf. We ordered the pretzels (perfect appetizer for my son and I - not GF) and fish tacos (GF!). The portion sizes blew us away and are well worth the price. We were in a hurry to catch the sunset at Corolla Park and asked for dessert to go which the waiter happily packaged neatly for travel. All together it was a fantastic experience after a week of so-so dining out at other local establishments. We will absolutely be back for our next trip down - thank you!

Dietary restrictions: Various GF options and staff was helpful with determining what was or could be made GF

Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly and one of the few restaurants our child enjoyed his meal at this week. He gives them two very big thumbs up on a perfectly cooked grilled cheese!

Avoid. The prices are extremely high for the quality of food you receive. The young man that seated and served us was nice. The inside of the restaurant was clean and nice. However the food was sub par, especially when you are paying the prices you are. To top it off, out of our table of 8 only 3 enjoyed what they ordered and half of us got sick that night. Hopefully this restaurant looks at these reviews and changes what they are doing.

I had the duck with collard greens and roasted potatoes for takeout. There was no love in this food. It honestly seems like this food was prepared a week ago and microwaved for me. The food wasn’t even consistently warm. Collard greens tasted like margarine. I should have known when I walked into a completely empty dining room at 7pm on a Saturday. If the goal of this place is to snag one time visitors and overcharge them for poorly made food, then they are overachieving.

I would eat here again and again. The food is great and the environment is beachy and cozy. Good staff, good food. 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone visiting the beach.
