Stopped in for an afternoon snack and a drink. Fried green tomatoes were great. I think our pup’s meal was the highlight of the stop. The fur baby menu was a hit with our boys.

We found this to be a nice quiet casual spot for Saturday evening dinner, no waiting for a table. Menu has several options including a kids menu. The shrimp and grits was actually a bit too rich for me, will order something else next time.

My experience here was not good at all. We made a reservation for 6:30pm and arrived 10 minutes early. We were seated right away and remained there for the next 35 minutes with no service. There were two waiters in the section that had 7 tables. Not once were we even asked if we wanted water. I have no pictures to share because there was no experience. We walked out and didn’t look back. Hope this isn’t the normal case

The pretzels had NO flavor. The Dark Chocolate Martini was the WORST drink I have ever had in my life. Tasted like bottom shelf vodka. I couldnt even finish it. The prices on the menu DO NOT match the receipt. Our server was ok. My husband loved his Mahi tacos, the fries, and the slaw. We will not be back. Not worth the price!!

Amazing food and beverage selection. Also, extremely dog friendly and even has a dog menu featuring bowls, baked and frozen treats. I like coming in to the area earlier in the day to avoid the traffic and needed a place to hang with the dog. Would recommend to anyone.

Try this restaurant for the first time at OBX. I was somewhat disappointed with the Quality of the dishes we chose. The goat cheese, ravioli, the burger, the lobster roll, and the Fresh catch of the day.
The first had a bitter taste, which we later found out it was because they add beer at the end; the second had a very dry old taste; the lobster roll would have been fine except for the garnish on it but again it was Cajun style, so I was not familiar with that. The fresh catch a mahi-mahi That was introduced to me as tuna when it arrived, but in fact was mahi-mahi, was very dry as were the potatoes it came with.
We chose not to have dessert after that.

By far the best meal we had on our vacation, so much so that we came twice for dinner! Best restaurant in Corolla! Get the crab cakes! You won't regret it! Finish off with a homemade ice cream sandwich and maybe even start with the delicious shrimp and corn chowder. Also have a menu for the kids with crayons with is huge for a family with a 2 year old and 6 year old! Thank you!!!!

Everyone was so friendly as soon as I walked in. The waitress was so nice - very attentive without being overbearing. The owners are super nice and caring as well. The food was *chefs kiss* SO DELICIOUS and the cocktails were amazing !! Great location being right across from the beach access. 10/10 recommend

Low Tide… More Like No Tide
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to order food, grow emotionally attached to it, and then watch it slowly wither in the kitchen’s memory—welcome to Lowtide Bar and Grill.
Let’s talk service: our sweet server spent more time apologizing than taking orders. I almost offered her a chair and emotional support snacks. She was trying her best, but the kitchen staff must’ve been out back fishing for the ingredients one by one.
Now, the food. Oof. The lobster roll? A bright light in the culinary darkness—like a lone beach umbrella during a hurricane. But the ravioli? Avoid it like seagulls during tourist season. I’m not saying it was bad, but if sadness had a flavor, it’d taste like that pasta.
In conclusion: if you go, order the lobster roll, bring a book, and maybe a granola bar. You’re gonna need it. 🌊🦞⌛
We stopped at Low Tide on the way to our vacation rental in Corolla for third year in a row. We love this place. We sat outside on the patio. The staff is friendly and helpful. They brought our dog a bowl of water and her own menu. My husband and I shared the specials, fried oysters & scallops. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend.
I had the Low Tide Burger and it was fantastic — perfectly seasoned and cooked. The service and atmosphere were top-notch. Highly recommended!
