Metropolis is spectacular. Matt and Mark, owners, are awesome. At least one of them work the floor or kitchen nightly. Cocktails are always special with something new frequently. Food is as good as you can get anywhere, and I am even talking about the big city chefs. Highly recommend Metropolis.
Delightful evening at Metropolis. This was our first time dining here and we will be back! - Nolan's bread - delicious! - Calamari - light and crispy with a delicious sauce on the side for dipping - Penne with short rib ragú (tonight's special) - cooked perfectly! - Homemade chocolates were an interesting and fun journey around Italy! - Panna cotta with coconut milk? I've died and gone to dessert heaven!

Although we have been coming to Duck for a number of years this was our first time in Corolla, and our first visit to Metropolis. Everything was delicious! My wife and I ordered 4 plates to share (yes, small servings but it calls itself a Tapas Bar so that was expected by us). King Trumpet Mushroom Bisque with Crab was delicious...thick, creamy with a mix of great flavors. Mixed Grill had shrimp and tune with a great cumin and garlic yogurt sauce.
