always a super long line, but my order usually comes out pretty fast. The baristas are pleasant and kind however- multiple times i have had issues with making specifications that were not met. One time, I asked for no whipped cream and still received a lot. Another time I asked for less/little ice and got a cup full of ice (as per normal Starbucks standards). Usually I haven't had a great experience with the employees here, but yesterday I went and all the employees were really friendly and getting everyone's order really quickly.
