Staff inside were friendly and the food was great. Place was clean. 4 stars because apparently the manager is making up rules for the coupons. The “three subs for $17.99” coupon only has a few restrictions (which are listed on the coupon) but the manager has directed that only the cheap “build-your-own” sandwiches can be used for the bundle deal, which really reduces the options you have available. It also reduces the value of the coupon as well.

Went to this subway tonight with coupons I received in the mail (I live less than 1 mile from store). Attempted to use coupon, 3 footlongs for $17.99. There a few restrictions on coupon, specific sandwiches named, add ons are additional, only one coupon, etc... The man working inside, (maybe Rashad) started barking at the female employee making my sandwiches, telling her that I could not use the coupon. Stating to the employee, not me, the customer, "it is only for build your own". Most people order subs listed on the menu, which already have items listed, which means they are not build your own. The polite female employee that was helping me, offered that I may be able to use a different coupon, he again barked at her that it applies to all. So in essence, he is making up his own rules to the coupons. I asked if that was the same everyone, and the women, nervously stated, "just this one and the one in Butner." I will not return the either location!!! The male employee, was so rude, he did not speak to me at all, and was barking at the female employee. I feel bad for anyone working with, or I suspect for, him. I explained to him on my way put that being rude and not honoring the coupons will not save him money, it will lose business. I had planned to use a coupon for my sandwiches, but then also get drinks, chips, cookies, and churro, but instead only bought the sandwiches. Positive was the female employee was professional and polite!

I JUST LEFT THIS SUBWAY AND JUST WANTED TO LET THE MANAGER KNOW THIS WAS THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM SUBWAY. THE GIRL THAT WAITED ON ME NAME WAS MIA AND SHE WAS THE BEST SERVER I HAVE EVER HAD AND WENT OUT OF HER WAY MAKING THE SUBS FROM FIXING THEM TO WRAPPING THEM . THIS GIRL NEEDS AS AWARDAND A RAISE .THANK YOU

Changing gloves to handle money, wiping up spills as they occurred, direct and concise questions, greeting customer as they entered. Somehow she managed to do all of this while seeming perfectly calm and at ease.Someone give this girl a raise!Did I mention my sandwich is lit? Yeah. Went here on my lunch break to get a salad . $10 for a salad is ridiculous . I will have to cut out some of those coupons that come in the mail in order to go back.

I am unsure who would eat a sandwich that is completely soaked in mustard and mayonnaise. I even put "less mayonnaise" on the order online. What a waste of money.

Closing time is 10pm. As my husband walked from Food Lion, and got near their door, a young girl rushed over and locked the door at 9:39pm. We will take our business elsewhere, since they don't want our money.
