On Sunday we wanted a pizza And you had no meat no how do you have no meat??? We lived next to speedys pizza for years never before has that happened. Then we decided to get Roger brothers food it was awful tasted old cold .Thought maybe going inside to eat would maybe be better service horrible just like the food never again done .

They said they have no crackers or croutons.

I was nervous with all the poor reviews recently but I was pleasantly suprized. The lady who sat us never smiled then the fella who waited on us outside apologized for the delay stating the server had a death in the family. I saw him working so I know he was doing his best and we did not wait long. We ordered the cheese curds and I was nervous over the cost $7.99 but we got a healthy portion fried perfectly and oh so tasty! I shared a double cheese burger with my spouse and again cooked just right, tomato and lettuce fresh as well as the bun. We really enjoyed it along with the steak fries. The food was spot on. I just wish there were some options that were not as pricy for lunch. A $10 entry with fries, no drink would be nice. Also I have a suggestion... it seems like service has been a big issue... could you change it to order and pay at the counter. Especially for the lunch folks who need to hurry back to work. I love having a place to go to in Cullowhee that has good food. :-)

There's only about 4 items on the menu and the guy working the drive thru didn't know what the all star burger was, he couldn't describe it. Ordered it anyways, and he just brought out a regular burger with bacon, 17$ out of my pocket and a poor experience. Stay in school kids.

An employee sat me and a coworker in a booth and never returned. 20 mins later…no one had checked on us at all. No drinks, food, etc. Attemptes to get the attention of servers multiple times but was ignored. The place wasn’t very busy either (maybe 6 tables). Even saw one server go sit at the bar and get on their phone. Was my first time here and my last. Really bummed too cause I saw a lot of items on the menu I wanted to try.

Waited by the "please wait to be seated sign" for a while. No one sat me so I asked the lady by the counter if i could just sit anywhere. I did, but never got a server. After waiting about 10 minutes for a server, I got up and ordered some take out from them. The food was decent, but definitely not worth the price.

Great food, excellent service, reasonable prices, nice atmosphere.
Very disappointed my last few visits. Very long wait times for food with no warning. Service is very patchy, sometimes good and sometimes bad. Very rarely will you get refills or be visited by your server more than once. I was told today that the servers were unaware that a certain item had an hour long wait time "since they were just the server they dont go in the kitchen." I understand that this is a very busy college food spot, but when you pay almost $40 for pizza and a drink that you should recieve half good service.

Extremely underwhelming and overly disappointing. I ordered 20 boneless wings and an appetizer size of onion rings at 6:50, the food was delivered at 7:18 (I live at least 15 min away) cold, hard and so much sauce it was hard to see the "wings". There may have been six or seven onion rings which would be good had they not been cold but not worth it for the $8 price. I've heard good things about this place, but never again.

Finally made it by tonight, don't get to Cullowhee much since it's the opposite direction from home. Food was good and prices were right. We did sit at the bar and service was fine. Can't really complain

We ordered online and I went to pick up the food. I pulled up to the window and let the attendant know I had an online order. He told me that I had to park and come inside, that they couldn’t pass online orders through the window. I parked and went in so that the EXACT SAME attendant could hand me my bag of food. When I made it home the order had the wrong kind of fries and there was no ranch dressing as specifically ordered. The food is great but the service is sub par at best. Such small things, but it takes a possible A+ experience to a C- at best.
