What a difference the beer style can make. I've always said that brewery reviews are tough because beer is a matter of taste. One person's favorite all-time beer is another person's cow piss. Awesome little tap room on campus at Western Carolina University. They also have my favorite tea, Infruition Tea. It's a great local non-alcoholic option packed with caffeine and deliciousness.

We rented our Innovation Cullowhee to host welcome drinks for our wedding. Booking everything was super easy and the Innovation crew were incredible in getting details and setting up things. This is an awesome location with lots of games, great drinks, and super helpful staff. I'd also say don't sleep on the homemade ginger beer!
