The barista taking my order was good, but the one who filled it, not so good. I spend too much at Starbucks to have someone be all grouchy when I politely ask for the drink to be made as I ordered it. No need to get all snappy; just say, "sure thing," even if you think I'm not right. That is part of working in food service; making things as ordered. I wasn't rude, but she sure was. I tend to have a long memory, so I won't be back to that location.

Awesome full service Starbucks. Very friendly and helpful employees, the drinks are top tier. You can use your daily exchange meal for any grande drink, which is a great option.

Hi! I know the student employees probably have a lot on their minds but in both locations on campus I have to ask constantly if they used the right alternative. Some o people on campus are lactose intolerant, vegan, whatever. It’s super important to double check and read what the cup says. Could be the difference between a good pick me up and a bad tummy ache during class! Thank you guys for putting the effort and making the drinks. I don’t mind asking but I feel made when the baristas have to stop everything and remake it just because they didn’t stop and read the cup

This is a really nice location on campus! It’s big, so plenty of room and seating. I usually get tea, and this time I got a breakfast sandwich. The venti iced green tea was good but for some reason I can never get it sweet enough, even after asking for it to be extra sweet. I got the sausage, cheddar and egg sandwich which was also really good. The workers here are very nice and they do a lot, so I appreciate them so much! 5 star experience every time I’ve been : )

This place is great, but there's a huge fly problem in there right now and it needs fixed immediately, 5 star place without the infestation. More than happy to change my review when I go back and there are no flies
