Walked in and the restaurant was not very busy but still was not serviced for approximately 15 minutes. When finally seen only 2 of 5 of our drinks were delivered to our table. There was a not so brief wait of about 45 minutes for our food, which was also partially delivered and extremely under temperature. In my personal opinion the kitchen was terrible. Under seasoned and over timed wait. Also, the whole time I was there there was an old man kicking the back of my seat. I can’t recommend anyone eat here if you want to eat in a timely fashion and receive great service.

Was super excited to eat here. Only one server working which is okay I understand things happen. However she didn’t clean our table after saying she would. Delivered our drinks after about 20 minutes while serving people who arrived after us. When we finally ordered our food it took about 30 minutes to get only half of our food. And another 20 minutes for our waitress to ask if we got the remainder of our food…but she was the only waitress on. I would not recommend if you’re hungry. The customer service could be a lot better.

Two servers and not busy Server did not speak any English. Our food sat in the expo window while server took orders for two tables and then got drinks for the tables. Kitchen staff kept dinging bell for server to run food. Structure is needed, not just an opinion. Run food to tables is number one. Shorten the menu. I've been there and done that. Life will be better.

Staff was really friendly. They handled our 20+ party at the last minute. Food was great and considering the size of our order they served us quickly with no mix ups. Everyone left full. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast. Will like to return for lunch sometime.

Sad to say the Santa fe (southwest) salad was phoned in. The chicken was some pre cooked freezer chicken you. An get at the grocery store and the salad was like one of those bags you buy at the store. :-( check my picture, the presentation was yucky, not appetizing at all. I had the Cuban sandwich. Dry and tasteless. Minimal toasting on the bread. I have had these sandwiches in Miami in and the Ft Lauderdale Airport that were so much better. (Get the tater tots. Fried to perfection :-) Ok, I did not expect that level of quality or did I. I have been reading the reviews and seeing what they have posted and I did expect better than I received. The specials taped to the door when you enter that are not in English may be what you should order. I did not see those in English inside the restaurant. I really want this place to do well because I live nearby. So take off the freezer chicken, freezer chicken fried steak, freezer hamburgers and go for what you know and give us tasty food. Plz....
