This was a take out sushi order. We ordered 4 rolls, all off the basic roll menu, gyoza, seaweed salad, and miso soup. We received no wasabi or ginger with our sushi, which was disappointing, but we didn't discover it until we'd driven home. Worse though, I ordered a roll that was listed has containing salmon, cucumber, and avocado on the menu. It came with all of that, and cream cheese. I hate cream cheese in sushi and never would have ordered that roll if it had been described accurately. I double checked on the website, and there was no cream cheese in the roll description.
The other rolls we ordered and the gyoza were perfectly fine. The quality was not an issue. I'm just still hungry because I didn't get to eat the roll I'd ordered for myself and my kids had already eaten the other rolls before I discovered mine was inedible.
Please fix your online order forms so rolls are described accurately, with all the ingredients.

Sushi didn't taste fresh. Service was slow, and the server made jokes about their incompetence. Had our soups come out after we were done eating our sushi.

Really excellent. We went right after the renfest, and a lot of customers came in in costume. The restaurant was really cool about it and thankfully all the people coming from renfest were also really cool. Food, service, prices, and the restaurant itself were great. Will probably be back next year since it's out of the way for us.

I wish I found this place sooner! If you don't want to wait 3 hours for a table at Sogo you should come to Midori. The steak and rice are my favorite. The management team know us by name and prep our special requests in advance. Located right across the street from the Renaissance festival , this place is a Gem. Follow us @ John Cauble on Facebook

Average sushi. Way too much rice on the shrimp tempura and rolled so loose each piece fell apart. Taste average.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. By far the nastiest meal I’ve had in years. The teriyaki chicken looked and tasted like cat food at best. I couldn’t swallow a single bite. The veggies were hardly cooked and had absolutely no seasoning. The rice and shrimp sauce also had absolutely no taste. The waitress did not ask if we were enjoying our meal but I’m pretty sure it was obvious we did not. We spent $55 and I had to leave prematurely so I didn’t get sick at the table. The sushi may be fine but I would not recommend the hibachi to my worst enemy.

It's by far me and my wife's favorite restaurant. Great food and great service. If you stop in, make sure to see Charlotte. Our favorite server and always so cheery.

This is an authentic Indian restaurant and the hospitality is only exceeded by the food and it's presentation.
We were totally blown away by the staff and the food was more than enough, and we took a good portion of it home. This is a must in Charlotte if you want to experience Indian food in it's glory!

Super cute place. Polite, fast and courteous staff. The food was delicious.
Vegetarian options: There is a dedicated vegetarian menu. It's on the smaller side, but the sushi is practically all pescatarian if that's your diet.

Have you ever had the pre cooked grilled chicken strips from the grocery store? Pretty certain that’s what they served us for hibachi with sauce on it. Literal strips of chicken and it was not good. The shrimp sauce is very sweet. The portions were small. Everything else had zero flavor. I spent $50 on this meal and ended up throwing it away it was so bad. We will not be returning.
For reference we ordered- terakyi chicken with noodles, teriyaki chicken with fried rice and veggies and the spicy terakyi chicken with veggies.
