The owner was amazing! Our pup wanted to play with the owners dog who was so sweet. Our dog wanted to play and in the process spilt our wine glasses…no fault of the owners dog..our dog wanted to play. The owner insisted on replacing our wine glasses…so thoughtful and appreciated! Thank you for incredible customer service!!! We will be back!

We have been to the cabin numerous times. The music is wonderful and the atmosphere is so cozy. On Dec 20th, four of us stopped in after dinner. While the music and crowd were still great and the bar itself wasn’t too busy, with only about 4 people at the bar, the bartender wasn’t well versed in the art of making eye contact and customer engagement. After several minutes of two of us standing at the bar without so much as a “I’ll be right with you “, we left dejected. Customer acknowledgement is important. The young man bartending needs to work on that.

My husband and I were supposed to get married outside of Asheville in October, but due to the Hurricane we needed to switch our plans quickly. We rented out The Cabin as a "reception" spot, and could not have had a better time! They had already booked a band for that night, and the music was incredible, the bartenders were great, and the atmosphere was top notch. Traci was also incredibly helpful in helping us to book this location. The Cabin is an ideal spot for smaller occasions (our group had about 50 and we fit very comfortably utilizing indoor and outdoor space) as it is right on the lake and has a beautiful, relaxed and also fun ambience.
We reserved The Cabin for a Bridal Shower. Traci, the owner, was amazing to work with, very responsive, and all of the details were covered. We would highly recommend The Cabin for any function or event you may have. Excellent overall experience.
