I wasn't sure about frozen custard, but, oh my, it was good. I got a small Luscious Lake Norman - It was fantastic - lots of pecans, not too much caramel or fudge, it was just right. It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside at one of the tables and enjoyed an after lunch "ice cream" (I honestly don't know the difference between ice cream and frozen custard - and after today, I'm not sure there is a difference). We recently had an exceptional ice cream experience at this ice cream shop in the Charlotte metro area. It has been one of the best ice cream places we have come across. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the visit. We highly recommend trying their blended options, as they were particularly delightful. It's worth noting that their portion sizes are quite generous, so opting for a small size would be a wise choice.

Honestly, some of the best ice cream I've had on the East Coast. I live in NYC, and this place reminds me of Carvel, which is high praise.
