Even though they may forget to put my sauce in the bag sometimes, I have never loved customer service at a Burger King more. This is a tribute to all the employees there, but mostly the women because they’re always in good spirits and and it literally makes my day because I’ve dealt with some very rude employees who take their bad day out on you. But not here 💛 I always have high expectations of this BK and they’re always exceeded. You’ll never know if someone here is having a rough day so bless y’all, it’s a lot harder than it looks. And food is always delicious 🤗

This is unacceptable when your door says you open up at 7, you need to be opened up at 7, not whenever you feel like it. And if there's something going on, you need to put a note on the door to let customers know.
I can't comment much on the staff as I always used drive thru, but the service is always very slow. As for the food, I have literally never received food that was the quality that it should be. I have ordered here maybe 7 or so times and no matter what food item I receive, it seems as though it has been sitting in a warmer for hours before selling it. I have given up on having Burger King here in Denver because it is a total waste of money. Absolutely trash food. If I could give zero stars for the food I would.

Others may put BK down, but I really like them. I order a burger with only mayo & onions. Only once has order been incorrect and they cheerfully remade to make things right. I like getting a burger without all the extras, which they make without complaints. Employees are so nice.

No wonder Burger King sits at bottom of the barrel when it comes to fast food. These people could care less about orders or even having dining room open. It seems when they don’t want to deal with customers they just close down the dining room. It’s ok I guess, there is plenty of other places to choose from.
