Kanpai Denver offers a wonderful dining experience with a great atmosphere. The lunch menu, including hibachi chicken and bento box, is excellent and reasonably priced. The service is top-notch, and the music adds to the fantastic atmosphere. Denver locals are thrilled to have a sushi place of this caliber in the area. The sushi is highly recommended, even by seafood enthusiasts from Miami. The only suggestions for improvement are to offer more non-raw sushi options, simplify the menu categories, and work on the consistency of specialty cocktails. Despite these minor points, Kanpai Denver has gained a loyal following and is definitely worth a visit.
