Quick, decent service and meal. Nothing special, but if you want something quick but don't want fastfood this is for you. Prices are more expensive but the food is slightly better. The salads where fresh, the proteins (burgers and chicken breast) are likely frozen but they are not bad, they are cooked well.
I could not wait to eat at Shomars again. I traveled to the area several years ago on business and went out of my way to find a location for lunch on this return trip. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The gyro was boring, toppings were sparse and the fries were not cooked well. It was not at all how I remembered it from several years ago.The staff was friendly and the table service is a nice touch. But the food was not worth a return trip. I really miss Showmars since we don't live in the area anymore. We stop by almost every time we are in the Charlotte metro area. The flounder is excellent and the pita burger is also a favorite.The Denver location has a friendly staff and a clean location.
