This place is #1 in customer service. I had a last second need for a large party. I called the store and they treated me with such professionalism and kindness. Since opening this store has started slipping downward. My sub wasn't up to Mike's usual tastes. Something was off. Bread seemed to be old and hard. Probably will stay away for awhile. Cost of the food and quality wasn't compatible.

Living in Denver I have a choice between two Jersey Mikes locations. For some reason this location is always out of either chips or drinks.
