You really shouldn’t have Kids outside in 40 Degree Weather. The poor kid was shivering taking my order. It almost felt abusive letting them take my order. THIS IS SAD! TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES!!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING staff/drive-thru, as each person had beautiful caring, helpful smiles- our very fave place
2 out of the last 3 times I visited (6 months), I was given the wrong item. Prices are already high, then I am given something I didn’t order, that’s cheaper than what I paid for. It’s like a rogue chick fil a or something….just avoid it and go to one of the other fast food o-toons in Denver or better yet, make something at home.

Parking: Plenty of room off hours a bit tight when busy
Kid-friendliness: Has a fun play area for kids to enjoy that is safe
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes my grandson is in a wheelchair and we easily are able to enter and leave
Chick-fil-A is always a blessing to go to. Quick service and great customer care. They never get my order wrong. The only reason I'm giving 4 is I've gone to several Chick-fil-As, and they've never forgotten anything, but this one forgot my sauce for my nuggets; luckily, I had ranch at home.
