Food is really, really good! We love this place but please before you go expect a decent wait. Everything seems to be made fresh to order so it takes a bit of time. Don’t go in expecting McDonalds speed and after you get the food you’ll be grateful you waited

Staff took forever to bring me my food and made my order wrong. When I told them about the mistake she snatched the food from my hand and left without saying a word. I have an allergy and just wanted a safe meal to eat.

I went through the drive thru and got a burger with fries and a side of onion rings. It took a while to go through the drive thru. But, but when I got home with the food I didn’t have fries in my bag although I paid for them! Since I was home I called and there is no direct line to talk to anyone at the store! This is completely unacceptable for any store in 2025.

Had to stop to feed the family as we were heading out of town. We typically don’t eat fast food but thought we’d try the Habit burger. Everything was cooked fresh so the wait was a little longer than a typical fast food joint but the burgers were delicious and had fresh toppings. Even the kids loved the kids meals and were excited about the special treat inside. With a family of 5, someone is usually disappointed but there were no complaints here.

The best Cobb Salad! Impressed with the quality of the greens and tomato’s. Delicious! I crossed paths with my son in the parking lot and he asked how was it. I told him awesome and he said that’s because Q was there. According to him food and service always better when Q is working.
I've been to the original walk-up Habit in Goleta, so was happy to see one here in NC! As expected, the food was great, but since they cook-to-order (which is a good thing), the wait in the drive-through was quite long. There were some tables outside, so if you want to eat there, the wait should be OK.

It was my first visit few days ago. I'm not sure yet what to say about this place. The food was okay the service was good but I don't think they have it down yet. I'm going to wait a little while before I go back and give another chance. Let's see How it goes.
