Nasty attitude from the young girl who served us in the Denver, NC drive through. I mean, nasty looks, didn’t speak to us, wouldn’t answer us, just gave dirty looks! Burger was great but will never go back!

Came in to pick up my order and had to wait about 7 minutes to receive my large cups. After being given the wrong cup size, I asked for the large cups a second time. The young lady had an attitude as if me asking for her to do her job was a hassle. As an owner of a small culinary business, I’d recommend having someone who is able delegated as a floater, especially during lunch hours. Having customers wait and their food get cold due to waiting is unprofessional in my opinion. Though I won’t be back, still hope this helps.

This restaurant constantly gets orders wrong or missed and the food is cold. I have ordered here online 3 times now and 3 out of the 3 times the orders have been missing items food and drink. I get back to my office and have to drive all the way back to retrieve them. No wonder the dining room is always empty with subpar service and cold $15 burgers. Save yourself and don’t make this place a “Habit” unless you want to waste time or money, I won’t be giving them anymore of my business.

I really like the concept of a California style burger. But the other day when I went to this restaurant there was something terribly wrong with the beef. I ordered it as part of a $10 sampler deal special. It included chicken nuggets and half a burger. The burger itself had a nasty flavor and I regret the 3 bites that I ate of it. It would be my guess that some kind of organism was growing in it that multiplies. I was unable to get rid of the flavor for several days. Had to throw away a couple of toothbrushes and continued burping it up and it's been several days. I've been chewing on cloves in Hopes that it will clean me out. I think a lot of customers will be walking around with some sort of parasite now that is almost impossible to get rid of out of the body.

When though the drive thru one day and was asked by the attendant to wait 5 mins being patient with the attendant we did this twice but after the third time we were asked to wait another five mins because they were so busy inside we had to pull away worried. Past trips have been lengthy but food is good when they dont forget something. Place is still new may or may not try agin in the future.

Food is really, really good! We love this place but please before you go expect a decent wait. Everything seems to be made fresh to order so it takes a bit of time. Don’t go in expecting McDonalds speed and after you get the food you’ll be grateful you waited

Wow, this place is wonderful! I’ve been traveling for the past year and a half and eat every meal out and everything here was fresh and tasted great! I rarely find this type of establishment, highly recommended!!!

Great food, friendly staff. This is a typical The Habit, good burgers, sides and drinks. They have real brewed iced tea, and Pepsi products. They also have great salads, and chicken sandwiches.

Staff took forever to bring me my food and made my order wrong. When I told them about the mistake she snatched the food from my hand and left without saying a word. I have an allergy and just wanted a safe meal to eat.

I went through the drive thru and got a burger with fries and a side of onion rings. It took a while to go through the drive thru. But, but when I got home with the food I didn’t have fries in my bag although I paid for them! Since I was home I called and there is no direct line to talk to anyone at the store! This is completely unacceptable for any store in 2025.

Had to stop to feed the family as we were heading out of town. We typically don’t eat fast food but thought we’d try the Habit burger. Everything was cooked fresh so the wait was a little longer than a typical fast food joint but the burgers were delicious and had fresh toppings. Even the kids loved the kids meals and were excited about the special treat inside. With a family of 5, someone is usually disappointed but there were no complaints here.
