The portion size was a whole section smaller. I didn’t think I had any sauce until I opened my food container and the sauce was in one of the sections (which I would personally prefer it to be place outside the container. The carrots were unseasoned.

My wife and I just ate at Japan, and I found two hairs in my food. They replaced my meal and while I was eating my hairless food, my wife found a hair in her food as well. No more Japan for us.

I had a really disappointing experience at Japan of Denver. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing any concerns. For the price, I expected much better quality. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Do not go here they under cooked my meal when I asked 3 times on the phone well done called back the manager lady said she couldn’t do but only a 10% discount I said it wasn’t fair due to my time wasted going there and home she stated bring food back and I’ll swap it so you want me to dig in my trash to give your food back to maybe resell it no thank you won’t ever see me again

It’s been a minute since I’ve eaten here now I know why, my to go plate is much smaller and very little rice that was watered down tasting, only had 6 PCs of steak that had no hibachi flavor and tones of mushrooms. What happened? It use to be really good
