Food was fantastic but the entire staff was so rude to us. We were just trying to order three simple subs, no modifications, and get out. They all were condensing and acted like we didn’t belong. Not one to complain about this much but will not be going back.

I do not usually do this but I had to let people know that there is a woman who works at this location who is so rude and unfriendly. I went in to get a sandwich at 11:15 this morning. Three people walked in the store in front of me and they were standing back from the ordering area looking at the menu and deciding what to get. As they were not at the front of the line I passed them and went straight to order my sandwich. She asked if I was with them and I said no. She looked at them and then back at me with what seemed like a death stare. They said go ahead we don’t know what we want. She had a look on her face like she was ready to fight me. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I thought it was just me but as I have read several other reviews of this location it seems that this unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional employee has numerous complaints. I can’t image more than one person fitting her behavioral profile working in one place so it must be her. My question is WHY is she still employed there???

Love the roast beef, most of the time great service, there’s been a few that we’re not so friendly or even smiled. Over all I love coming here for the roast beef, best around .

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The woman working Thursday around 8:40 pm was shockingly rude and completely out of line. She scoffed, rolled her eyes repeatedly, and gave my young daughter a nasty up-and-down look that was both intimidating and inappropriate. When I simply asked her to split my sandwich, she slammed it down and aggressively cut it with clear hostility. There is no excuse for treating anyone this way, let alone a child. Management needs to seriously address this behavior—review your cameras from that time and do better. We will not be coming back.

Was very disrespected by a employee there, she went to the back of the store and was talking crap about me and my kids could see her , it was bad enough that the other employee had to go back there and try to talk to her ,and she kept apologizing for the girl , my family goes there every week and buys like 6 giant subs so to be treated this way was insane …………..

Like a dummy, left wallet at the house. Used Shote points for sub. They felt bad for me so I got chips and a drink. They rock. Highly recommend this location for your next sub.

We went to this location yesterday & one employee was sitting at a table while two others were working. That employee sitting got up, took our order and never once smiled nor was friendly. He was very awkward and it seemed like he didn’t want to be there. When we went to sit down I noticed multiple tables were dirty. If I was franchise owner I would not find that employee beneficial to the operation of that store. The attitude of employees who are in contact with your patrons should be professional and friendly. The demeanor of employee and the uncleanliness of this store makes me not want to return. So many better staffed places to eat.
